Triangulating black hole forming stellar collapses through neutrinos

چکیده
In the event of a black hole (BH) forming stellar collapse, neutrino signal should terminate abruptly at moment BH formation, after phase steady accretion. Since neutrinos are expected to reach Earth hours before electromagnetic signal, combined detection burst through multiple telescopes could allow promptly determine angular location nearby collapse in sky with high precision. this paper, we contrast triangulation pointing procedure that relies on rise time curve, often considered literature, one takes advantage cutoff curve formation. By forecasting IceCube Neutrino Observatory, Hyper-Kamiokande, and DUNE, devise strategy optimize identification curve. We show method developed by employing end tail allows achieve least order magnitude improvement precision for galactic burst, while being insensitive mixing scenario. The triangulation-pointing based will also guarantee better performance collapses occurring beyond our own Galaxy.

Organizational Black Hole Theory
There are issues in organizations that require new theoretical formulation. Hence, metaphorical theorizing is used in the study of organizations to interpret them and understand their complexities. In this method, the organization is likened to an entity and one of the key features of that entity is generalized to the organization. It should be borne in mind that most organizational theories ar...
متن کاملObservational studies of stellar black hole binaries and ULXs
We outline a framework for understanding the X-ray spectra of high mass accretion rate stellar black holes based on X-ray data from RXTE and ASCA. Three spectral regimes can be separated out by the behaviour of the observed disk luminosity and temperature. The well established ”standard regime” is seen when the disk dominates the spectrum, where only a small fraction of the luminosity is emitte...

متن کاملThe radio spectrum of a quiescent stellar mass black hole
Observations of V404 Cyg performed with the Westerbork Synthesis Radio Telescope at four frequencies, over the interval 1.4−8.4 GHz, have provided us with the first broadband radio spectrum of a ‘quiescent’ stellar mass black hole. The measured mean flux density is of 0.35 mJy, with a spectral index α = +0.09±0.19 (such that Sν ∝ ν). Synchrotron emission from an inhomogeneous partially self-abs...
متن کاملBlack hole growth and stellar assembly at high-z
Context. Observations indicate a strong link between star formation and black hole (BH) growth, but some questions remain unanswered: whether both activities are coeval or whether one precedes the other, what their characteristic timescales are, and what kinds of physical processes are responsible for this interplay. Aims. We examine stellar and BH masses (M∗ and MBH) in z∼2 active systems at t...
